
Bodyshell: Ford KA shell with 55 mietre os CDS rollcage and front spaceframe. Replacement wide track front wings, rear wings blended into body work, bespoke front and rear bumpers.
Engine: Sierra/Escort Cosworth YBT 4x4 engine, thickwall wire ringed block, high compression pistons, water injection, modified Pace alloy intercooler, modified Peugeot 306 radiator with motorbike cooling fans, alloy header tanks. Performance 300bhp/380lbt torque.
Drivetrain: 4WD hybrid Evo 6/Cosworth flywheel, five speed Evo 6' box, front and centre differentials, modified Ford LSD in rear Evo diff casing, modified Cosworth clutch with Group A cover, modified Sierra Cosworth propshaft and halfshafts.
Suspension: Tarmac car (as tested): Non-adjustable Bilstein coilovers and fabricated alloy uprights all round, alloy TCAis and compression strust, rear anti-roll var and fabrication diff cradle Gravel car (as tested): as above but with Proflex fully adjustable remote gas resevoir dampers.
Steering: Peugeot 206 electric power steering, Evo 6 rack.
Brakes: 355mm fronts/300mm rear discs with four pot AP calipers (tarmac KA). 300mm brakes all round with four pots on the gravel KA
Interior: 60 litre fuel cell, carbon cards and dashboard, standard For KA timerclock!
